This ought to make at least someone laugh. Sure I have the ‘traditional’ quarantine tank set up (bottom photo), but after loosing one baby Purple Tang last month I decided to go absolutely bare-bones and watch this one like a hawk. So I set up three basic glass fish bowls and bought some air tubing (cut into 12 short lengths) and a dozen cheap air stones (top photo). No heater (I live in Florida— today was shorts and t-shirt weather), and no pvc hide out. This Tang is getting moved every day for 14 days from one sterilized glass bowl to another, with a clean new piece or air tubing and stone.

Period. Dot. The end.

He’s on day 7 and looking great. Bored, but great. I’ll let you know how it goes...
