Looks like a great job!
 
It's very hard to tell, what with the "upside-down" and all, but is there a sponge under the eggcrate after the drain area? That may end up being a problem if it cannot be removed.

. 1 part filter socks 2 part sponges & char media 3 part skimmer and heater 4 part is for frag & refu part 5 is another sponge and return to tank
