My Wide Rimless build!

What are you feeding your moray?

Wild caught uncooked shrimp and wild caught uncooked scallops. It won't eat squid for some reason. Feed him every three days a couple pieces of shrimp. He doesn't mess with any fish or inverts. Eats from my hand and has not tried to escape the uncovered rimless tank.

Figured I'd do it right this time. My first tank was a standard narrow 55 gallon with cannister filter and all components in the tank. So I figured I'd do it right. Bought a rimless 48 by 24 by 21. I needed to give the two baby tangs I had some room to swim and be happy.

I put the 55 in my room ( pain in the a$# to move )

Very nice build. You've got a really nice setup. I'm also in the middle of upgrading from a 55. Isn't it nice to actually have some real front to back space for aquascaping?

Yes it is. I couldn't stand the 55 gallon because I could never make a good scape.

The tank is very nice! I wish you luck with a moray eel in an open top aquarium.

Great tank!

Awesome tank, I just purchased my 105, hopefully it will be going up by April once I move. What kind of return pump are you using?
