Any idea what this is in my tank, it’s making a howling noise and smells.

Tank looks really young for a Sasquatch, especially one that large. Really need all your current parameters, also how long has the tank been set up and what inhabitants? Are you using RODI? I’d start by getting some carbon running and clean your mechanical filtration of hair and ‘squach feces. Your skimmer is prolly gonna go nuts.
