I'm a little new to Wrasses. But I would really like to add a couple mystery wrasse's to my tank. Can you have a harem of these? Will they be agressive toward each other? Or change sex and get along? Was thinking of adding 3.. or 5

Any one ever do this before?

I'm not much help here but I have a beautiful vanuatu mystery wrasse. and would love to have 2 more but I've been scared of aggression issues. I have had problems with other wrasse's. My two super male melenarus the 5+in dominate killed the 4.5in after 5months. Anyway I will be tagging along

Its a 300G 96X24X24 Plenty of space for them. I just didn't want to endanger them.. and or throw away the cash on them if it wont work but I do really like them

from what i gather is that it could be possible, but they will fight at first. and fight very bad. personally i would either put them all in net breeders or add them all the the same tank at the same time. make sure its a large tank. this would also depends on which wrasses your talking about. some are alot more aggressive than others

either way its always a gamble!

i have 2 different fairy wrasses in the same 75 gallon. they fought for about 2 days or so to the point i about took them out
