N-DOC Test without included postage?

Just wanted to do a sanity check. All my ICP tests came with postage included, however, I just received an N-DOC test without any postage included. Is this the norm or in error. I previously received an empty box without vials and anything at all.

Perhaps someones pilfering the stuff at the warehouse where I'm ordering the tests.

Same for me. My N-Doc had no postage but my ICP did.

Postage is not paid for the N-DOC at this stage but I know of customers combining them in the same box as their ICP and sending them both together using the ICP postage paid label without issue.
