Nano Tank Questions

So I'm looking into buying a Fluval Evo 13.5 nano tank for my bedroom. Not entirely sure as of yet, but I'm very interesting in them as my 2nd saltwater tank. So my first question is, whats the stocking limits for them. For the most part I'm just looking into maintaining some softies, clowns, and shrimps (maybe more maybe less). Next what are some beginners advice on starting up one of these nano tanks? Even though they are much harder to maintain. Finally how is mainting these nano tanks since they are very sensitive to parameter changes? Any tips for and against these tanks are greatly welcomed! TIA!

Just do a 5 gallon bucket water change weekly and you will be golden
