NanoMat Both lights flashing HELP!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!
Just installed the NanoMat roller fleece!!! Im having issues!!!

The roller works fine for a few minutes then the Auto- Advance & Status LED start blinking at the same time. I then proceed to press the Auto-Advabce button to re-enable it a few minutes later it goes back to blinking.

Water level seems to be fine

Also is it supposed to stick out this much ?

Did you end up figuring it out? I have same issue
