I know I'm super late to this thread, however, I wanted to say that my experience with the Naoko wrasse is completely different from most people (I dare say, everyone). My Naoko is anything but aggressive, he even got attacked by a clownfish and a Yasha Goby.

Their aggression is typically focused toward other wrasses.

How big is your tank? Fairy wrasse aggression is directed against fairy and flasher wrasses not other genus, mostly
