I recently got a naso tang and it has spots all over
Is it ick or velvet or something else

These are typical stress spots with Naso tang but assure good acclimation and oxygen provided. Laying down is not a good sign. Be sure to match salinity with that of tank before release always

The larger white spots are probably stress spots. I cannot see if the fish has smaller white spots or not.

I've been seeing a LOT of people having issues with blonde Nasos from Indonesia. This has gotten so bad that I'm suggesting people avoid this species.
