Naso had white growth in mouth

I noticed my Naso had something white on its mouth, at first I thought it was a bok choy stem since I give my tangs that every day. The tang it's still eating like a pig and occasionally looks like it's trying to chew the white thing. Last night after the lights had been off for awhile I took a look with my flashlight and the white thing is gone! I'll be watching the tank more closely to see if this thing shows up again.

Any ideas?

Have you used super glue gel recently in your tank? That's what it looks like to me.
