I have had this Naso tang for about 4 months and also have 3 other tangs in a 120g. He has done great along with the other tangs and this morning he was laying against a rock not moving much. I touched him with my grabbers and he moved into a rock crevasse and is laying there again? Not sure what’s up
With him? My water is in good condition all my other fish are fine and the tank is part of a 240 gallon system. Is it possible he got stung by a coral sweeper at night? That’s the only thing that makes since to me.

Maybe its just chilling. I would put some food in there and see if it comes out and eats normally. If its eating I wouldnt trip, but if it won't come out and won't eat your fish has an issue and I would try and see if there are any external visual signs of disease.
