Nassarius Snail Escape Artist!

Bit of a comedic post...

So luckily I was at my tank servicing it (had the lid off). Look at this guy go! He's outta there! Saved him and dropped him back in the tank [emoji28]

I like to think my tanks not THAT bad that he wants to escape so badly! [emoji12]

When I took my frag tanks down I had tons of them behind the stand.
I was wondering why my snails kept in disappearing.

From what I've read whelk has a dark flesh, and doesn't bury itself under the sand. This guy has a pale flesh and spends most of his time under the sand. I think he's a Nassarius. At least was sold to me as being one.

Tonga nassarius? I have one or two that have dotted snorkels
