Hi All,
I'm relatively new to R2R and have been encouraged to share my build in the big dog forum. I just recently moved from LA to Nashville and part of the deal with my wife was getting any size fish tank I wanted. Since my last tank was 5 gallon cube, I don't think she was quite expecting me to come home with an 8 footer. :wink: Thankfully she is very understanding of my addiction and is being a willing enabler. The even better news is that the tank was advertised as a 240 but after I measured it, it is most definitely a 250. I'm thinking a school of Valmingi with that extra 10 gallons? :tongue:
I've gotten our joists reinforced and should be getting some gear and plumbing/drilling figured out this week!
There are a ton of great tank builds here and I look forward to getting feedback and advice from everyone!
