Just wanted to share my opinions on the use of Nature Dimensions new fleece roller.
I have a Waterbox 20G cube that I wanted to upgrade my filtration from filter floss to this fleece roller. I mostly did this for peace of mind when I’m away from the tank while traveling several times a year.
I have been using the Nature Dimensions fleece roller for approximately three weeks and it has been working great! I was a little worried at first that it may be hard to dial in as I have an ATO to replenish the the tank for evaporation.
Set-up was super easy with the instructions and corresponding videos. I also reached out for some customer service as I had a question about my specific installation. The customer service was prompt and they were able to help with my specific installation.
My salinity has been spot on, the unit has worked flawlessly. I believe I will be able to get between 4-5 weeks before I have to change my fleece on the unit. This is better than I initially expected. The build quality is really nice as well. I highly recommend this unit for water clarity and ease of use.

I've been eye balling this for my IM 20 but would need the add on unit since it has two overflow chambers. Still not a bad price or I could run one side open. Floss isn't cutting it so I'm running no filtration for now. I had too much trouble with the ATO topping off when the floss got dirty then the tank was over full when I changed it so i was getting salinty swings. Im not good at changing floss or socks before they overflow.
Maybe I'll get lucky and win one in the giveaway that ends in a few days lol.

Update!
I am still using the first roll of fleece in my roller. It will need to be changed here soon, but its been over 1 month on first fleece roll. That’s better than I imagined. Love this fleece roller!

Hey! I just got this for my Waterbox 20g and I’m having issues figuring out where to put the sensor. Do you mind showing me where you have yours at? Thanks!

Here is from the video they sent me. It should get you very close. Plan on going through most of a roll just getting it set, I did 😂

Just slightly above the water barrier is where to start.

Below the roller is probably fine, if you have enough clearance.

Not sure you could put them inside but I’d be afraid they would tangle with the fleece roll as it moves through. If you could 3D print some kind of basket, that would be better.

I just run the filter roller and put a mini carbon reactor in the middle chamber with my skimmer.
