Neck extension NK-250

I order one neck extension model NK-250 from an online store. It stated NK-250. I order it for my SRO-XP5000int, my skimmer work great but I want to improve it so it can run optimal. When I received it, the NK-250 is smaller than my skimmer neck. Can you help to explain why it smaller than my skimmer neck? Thank you.

Just ran into the same thing. Did you figure out the issue? I assume it takes the NK300. I'm going to reach out to my vendor tomorrow.
