The shop is telling me an Earlei's....however I've seen a dozen or so and never one as "juvenile" as this. I know the guy pretty well, I think he believes it is, but I really don't. Any thoughts?

Looks like Girdled female C. Balteatus.
Definitely not Earlei

It's an initial phase C. katherinae, the true one, from the Marianas, probably Guam, not the misidentified one from the Philippines.
