Take a look at the Apex. I find they offer the most Control and testing options of all the controllers on the market.

I mean as in checking my parameters. Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, ch etc.
There are controllers that do stuff like that right?

The Apex can if you can get a Trident.
The GHL will be able to do allot more in about 2 weeks they are releasing the ION director. They already have an Alkalinity testing in the form of the KH director.
The reefbot is a tester But can test allot.
Mindstream is a tester but it has a subscription system and I believe it’s only for testing.

So apex is the best option out there?

In my honest opinion, GHL is the best out there right now, but it comes at a cost(not that the apex is cheap, but GHL is way more expensive).

Apex alone cannot test your water parameters, its a controller at heart. With an add on trident you can only test the big 3(ALK, CAL, MAG), and your looking at around $1000 all said and done.

Reefbot is another option, but it is only a tester and can pretty much test any parameter you want with known reagents(not proprietory reagents like current testers). It is not a controller of any kind.

GHL is another controller with add on modules for testing, but again were way over 1K in pricing for all those gadgets. Your looking around $1500 for the GHL profilux and KH director, and I'm going to assume the ion diorector will be right around $500 also. So your looking at around $2k with GHL.

None are cheap BTW.
