Need a Fish ID for personal curiosity

Hi everyone,

Actually saw this fish in Petco and can honestly say I have never seen one before. Even though it's blurry, I hope that this is enough to get a good ID. I was thinking it might be some type of blenny or goby? Thanks!

They like to move rock work around as well but really awesome looking.

It’s a juvenile, I’ve got one in my 359 reef tank. Good so far but as it matures I will have to move him to my fish only tank.
