Need a good program for g4 xr30 with t5 supplement

I'm having a heck of a time finding a good look and intensity. 55ish gallon cube, xr30 pro with 4 bulb T5 24inch bulbs. Feel like I'm burning coral. T5s are 3 blue plus with one true actinic. Radion is on ab plus at 25%. Anyone have a custom program they run with success? Other suggestions?
