Need a sticky solution

I hate to admit it by slightly over drilled a hole in my water stored mixing tank. The uni seal doesn't fit snugly in it although it does cover it. Can someone recommend a good sealant to use to get the uni seal lip to adhere to the storage tank. The tank is I think polyethylene. Got it from tsc.

Silicone or re plumb it and use a bulkhead
