My health is getting worse and I am no longer able to take care of tank. How hard is it to sell a 90 gallon reef with all equipment? Thank you.

Sorry to hear it. It depends on where you are really and how popular the hobby is there. Fish and coral and rock are easiest to sell Locally imo. Higher end items probably wont sell as well in some places so you may need to post on a forum ebay craigslist etc. You may also find someone who is willing to buy the entire thing, but again, popularity in location.
