Need help determining whether this is ick or not

Can anyone tell me if this is ich on this anthias. I just got him yesterday. It's the only white spot I can currently see. If this is ick I have seachem kanaplex and metroplex on hand which should I use. It was hard to get a good picture any help would be great thanks
