I found this Sea Urchin while cleaning just now. Have it isolated. Is it harmful or can I enjot it?

I have 3 of them in my tank so far.... have done no harm except knock things over now and again at nite.... pretty cool guys!

Its a rock boring urchin (Echinometra mathaei) Its perfectly fine.

I wish I could train mine to just eat if off the front glass...would make clean up easier for sure.
