Need help identifying these corals. Also care?

I need some help identifying these corals. The stick looking coral I just got, and the rock encrusting one below used to look fluffy and it hasn't come out in months

hi,1st looks like knobby sea rod "fan" should open nice and fluffy,2nd is type of star polyps,look intact but should be open by now.
what are your parameters,how old is tank?
