Do you have some good powerheads making some decent flow in the tank. Mine like to have good flow and are up on the middle half of the tank and i have strong led lighting as i have a mixed reef with lots of sps
I dont know the specifics but there are 3 powerheads, dont know how much flow they have but it seems fine. The other inhabitants seem to find it enough flow.

Thanks for the help will update on what happens.

Any updates? And while were at it, you should start a build thread and tell us all about your tank :D

Welcome to R2R!!!

What are your water parameters like? This could be an issue, maybe it's just a really long term unhappy BTA

The nem seems fine nitrate is 2ppm and phosphate 0.1ppm with weekly water changes. Nem after being spot fed isnt retracted much anymore. The tenticles are still really short though.
