Need help identifying?

Hey guys, so i bought a bunch of snails a few weeks ago, everythings been fine until today when i noticed something on my snail. Not sure what it is. I have a 120L tank with 3 fish, 2 clowns and a flamehawk. I'll attach some photos below. Thanks guys!

It's on the snail, i pulled the snail out but couldnt see it on the shell anymore, hope it didnt fall off as i was pulling the snail out

It probably shrank. Search for a brownish blob

Thank you for your response, i had to get rid of the snail as i didnt want to risk putting it back into my tank, it's upsetting and i've sent a complaint to my lfs.
