I did find flat worms ony torch. Is there a way to completely eradicate them from the tank. Three or four of them . Decent sized. Just don't know if they planted eggs

Scrape them off or dip. For eggs, for the next two weeks, look daily for them which are very tiny.
They can also can be siphoned with 3/8" tubing and discarded if seen in the tank moving around.
Springieri damsel will eat them
