need help idtentifying this

i just got some macroalgea at petcco today and when i went tto add it to a tank i noticed these guys in it, not sure what they are but want to make sure there safe.

Looks like amphipods thru the bag.
What Petco is selling Macro Algae?

yeah looked it up soon as i got a answer, i have a goby so there snacks for the goby to, fat little guy was running low on copods in the tank so went to buy more and bought the macro for my other tank ii breed copods in it, wanted alge to make it easy to catch them, thought it was cheato, i was wrong its just sea lettuce. but i did get a bonus of amphipods for my goby along side the tigiris i got today so yay
