Hi,
I really need some help. I am not sure if I have setup everything correctly and if my water parameters are ok or if I take them the right way. I live in San Francisco and it would be good if somebody can come and check everything.

I have a 75 gallon fish tank and a skimmer with a 3 room refugium (I am not sure if the skimmer works how it suppose to wokr. I see bubbles and everything but not sure how it should be exactly).
I also have a wave maker and not sure where would be a good place to place it to not disturb the corals.
Also not sure what would be a good lighting schedule.

I think I even killed 2 trocus snails I have no clue how they died... They felt from the glass then I think they ware not able to turn and when I turned them they ware not moving anymore.

I recently bought like 12 corals, and all the corrals frags are closed. Not sure what to do anymore. And it's been like 4 day's since they are close they want to open a little then they close.

I have to say I watched over 40 hours of youtube videos but still not sure if I have all the prices correctly. I have attached some pictures so that you can see my tank. I really spent over 80 hours in the past 3 weeks to prepare everything and arrange everything, and I don't know what to do anymore.

Here are the parameters that I have today.
Tempreture: 77
Salinity 1.026
ph: 8.34
Amonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0 it think it is a little hire, but can't figure out the color exactly
CA: 460 if I got the color correctly from my test kit
KH: 11.8
MG: 1360
Phosphate: I don't know because I don't have a test kit for this.

I also have a 10 gallons quarantine fish tank.

How long have you had the tank up and running?

You don’t mention how old your tank is. It looks very new. Your numbers indicate it is cycled, but it still takes time to become established and balanced. Your parameters look good except your KH is on the high side. Just give things time.
Lighting schedule depends on your desires and your lights. In most cases you want to mimic day light in the tropics. Many people adjust there lighting schedule to reflect when they are home to view the tank, by shifting lit hour to later in the day. This can also help with your electric bill in Ca if you have time of day billing there.
Your skimmer should be set to bubble up into the neck of the skimmer with a small amount bubbling in to the cup. You want it to take time to fill the cup usually 2 weeks or so to really fill it. This will produce a thinker Skimmate. Some people prefers wetter skimate which will be more tea colored and require emptying the cup more often. I have a thick brown paste on the neck and a dark 2” of skimmate in my cup every week when I empty mine.
You will want mot flow pumps than you have as you add coral. You want goodwater movement all around the tank. Most corals love water flow.

I think you should let time take its course. My tank has a number of coral in it and they will retract and close up from time to time. As for a lighting schedule, I would recommend having the lights on and winding down when you get home so you can enjoy the colors they produce. I have a photon 48 that I run for about 9 hours; it winds up in the late morning, reaches about 65% total white light and then winds down to no white light with blues and red to finish off the day. But the light schedule is really up to you.

I bought the tank on About 2 weeks ago, but I bought if from somebody, so the live-rock sand and everything was already in the water. I even got the old water like 50% of it. It was really hard getting everything to my place.
