Need help picking out some cleaners.

So I wanna get some cleaners I'm looking to help with diatoms. Cleaning the fish and something that eats the droppings the fish leave behind. I'm noticing in my tank that the dish waste is settling to the bottom and not moving. Any recommendations are apprecated.
