Need Help- should I be worried about this wrasse

I recently got this Melanarus wrasse at my LFS and noticed it has some white spot on his fins. It looks like could be damaged previously. Currently nothing in my tank bothers him. Need help to see if I need to do anything

And make sure the water quality is high, make sure you have the right water movement
