Need Help stocking 180

Hello all i am getting a 180 some fish i already have are pair of storm clown royal gramma and coral beauty and some fish i already want are a sailfin tang yellow tang and powder blue now i do want a tank with a bunch of small fish running in and out of rocks so i need help with some suggestions and this tank will have a reef

180/25=7.2
25 gallons per fish so there’s room to grow is 7.2 fish. Minus space the rock work takes up.
