Need help swapping meridian lense

I swapped out the original balanced lens an encompasses. It was painless and straight forward. Niw i have decided to swap back to the balance lens and I can not get them encompass lens off the light. All 4 screws have been removed but the lens is stuck on one side. I'm working around the edge with a thin blade but I'm starting to leave marks and I'm afraid of damaging something.

Where there tabs on the original lens you took out? I know you removed the "old" lens before, did it just pop out after the screws were removed?

I'm a dork with who also has a bad memory lol. There is a lip around the lens so it has to go under the cover. I managed it the first time without breaking the anti tamper tape but broke it this time

I haven’t swapped one out but the entire faceplate comes off very simply by removing the screws around it.. try that and see if the lens comes out that way.

That's what I had to do. The lens goes under the cover.
