need help with a stuck compact flourescent endcap

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with the end caps in the Coralife lunar aqualight fixture, they are completely stuck and not allowing me to change out the bulbs, the fixture is a few years old. Do you guys know off a trick or tip that would make it easier for me to get the bulbs out? It's a straight pin 65w bulb.
