Hello, I’m having trouble with my anemone. I bought it about a month ago and it’s still not looking good. It stays shriveled up and hides behind my Rock where the light barely hits. I have corals and currently have 3 fishes, 2 cleaner shrimps, 6 red legged hermits, and 5 nas snails and they are all doing good. but the anemone isn’t. I’d appreciate if you guys can help me with this. Thanks!

Hopefully the welcoming committee will come and sound off shortly ..: but until then welcome to R2R!

My experience with nems so far... I have a rainbow bubble tip nem for almost a year now.

Some observations ... they like dirty water!!

I mean 5-10 ppm nitrate and some phosphate will keep them happy with some good lighting

Water parameters and pics would probably help figure out what's going on.
I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and small amount of nitrate. Here’s the anemone and the tank

Cleaner shrimps will sometimes pick at anemones and keep them from opening up.

From your pictures it looks like you don't have a lot of live rock for it to climb on that could contribute to this and also how much flow do you have.
