Need help with Apex problem.

First off I am technically challenged so please be patient. I turned the lights off on my controller on my laptop early this morning to clean them. When I try to slide the switch to turn them back on it won't move. All the other switches are on but I'm afraid to test them. Also, the whole switch area has diagonal faint lines across it. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Too add one more bit of information I just replaced my laptop with a new one although all the data was switched over. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks for any help.

I see these faint lines on my iphone app. I believe it is a lock. I'm not sure if this is what you are dealing with or not.

On my phone, I can drag that (faint diagonal line (lock)) from right to left to unlock the controls and I can then use them.

Not sure if this will help but thought I would give it a go.

Oh my gosh it worked! Still need to figure out what I did to make it happen but thanks so much! Happy Thanksgiving!

It will automatically stay locked on the phone. If those things are ever grayed out just tap that unlock button to be able to swipe whatever you need. As a habit when I’m done I lock it when I’m done.

I'm glad it worked and others have chimed in.

I've had my share of trying to figure out the Apex. I can't offer help very often, but I will when I can.
