need help with bubbletip nem

hey all. I had a tank crash about two months ago now, everything's bounced back and I've had stable params... except for raining my phos...recently I added a nem and its not doing well, I had nems in my tank before my crash that were thriving before the crash that killed them all... im wondering if there's something I'm missing or did I just add it too soon? torches, gonis, birdsnest and the like are all doing great, I do have dinos and have been elevating my phosphate for that reason, could this be a cause of irritation for the nem?

params are as follows:
salinity: 1.025
ph 7.7-8.0 (according to less than accurate ph readers and tests)
magnesium: 1245
calcium: 403
dkh: 9
and phosphate is .31
temp: 79
nitrate: 5-10
ammonia: 0

Sorry, light schedule is ramp up from 10-12 then ramp down from 6-8pm
