I recently bought a few frags, does anyone have any pointers on where I should place them? I have a frilly mushroom, acan, gsp, montipora, Xenia all shown in the picture. I don’t know how they will grow so I’m just not sure if I placed them in the right spots

First and foremost, space coral as some sting others and some dont
frilly mushroom - lower third of tank
acan- lower third of tank
gsp - half tank or below
montipora - Half way in the tank
Xenia - half tank or a little above

All these do best under moderate flow, feed acan mysis shrimp and do not blast with light

I would add PAR ( lights ) and water flow ( tank size / pumps ).

"Tidal Gardens" has a whole series on different Coral care on Youtube.

Probably happens !

Okay good to know. Whats the reason why? Are the toxic at all?
Palys and zoas have a reputation for excreting a nasty paly toxin that is said to be so toxic it could cause hospitalization.

There have been stories, but I don't believe any research has been done, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

mid to lower third on paly and dont fret on toxins. Its often associated with mishandling. I have many zoas and Grandis paly and no issues.

I actually have these brown paly looking coral that randomly grew on my live rock, the inside is starting to turn a green color. What do I do about these?

Nothing to worry about, there should be no concern about poisoning as long as proper precautionary procedures are in place.
