I have an order comming in today for 4 corals and i really need help on where i should place them in my tank. The 2 zoas or palys will go by my other ones but the acan and mushroom i dont know where to put. Im getting nervous only because i have a decent amount of corals now and i dont want any of them stinging eachother. I took pics of my tank its a 20 long. Also pic of my order. Thanks for your help!

Where ever there's room! Eventually they will take up all available real estate either way. Just remember to glove up when handling the palys

Ok thanks and i just got a mushroom yesterday right now its on the bottom of my tank. Can i put the new one next to that as well? Or should i move the mushrooms closer to the top? I did research last night that said there usually found in shallow water?

Mushrooms don't attack each other, and neither do acan lords.

Pretty much all corals for sale are from shallow waters. That means dozens of feet deep or less, not inches deep or less. Read up on where people put them in reef tanks, not where they're found in the wild, to get an idea of where to put things. Mushrooms should be in lower light than most other reef corals.

As a rough tool, SPS get the most light, LPS get a moderate amount of light, and then softies get the least light.
