Need help with ID on chromis body marks

Hi,

I’ve been away and someone was watching my tank. Came home yesterday to my male storm clown with flared gills on the bottom of the tank.

Looking over all the fish I’ve noticed this on both of my chromis. I’ve been gone for a week and a half so development of these markings and problems with clown happened during this timeline. (NB: no white marks or red sores but both have these as linear indents)

Chromis are continuing to eat and very energetic but trying to swim alongside like trying to touch every fish in the tank.

In the tank: fire Goby, dual tone blenny, fairy wrasse, female storm clown and then the two blue striped chromis. No corals have been added yet. All of the above except for the Chromis look absolutely perfect.

Parameters are perfect for Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrate, magnesium, calcium and PH.

I’ve been doing an Alkalinity buffer as they are at 6.6 but this has been ongoing since I started the tank.

Phosphates are a little high but I just got out of an ugly phase when these numbers climbed. Didn’t go above .5

I believe based on the breathing and flared gills described the clown could have been flukes in the gills. Not sure if this is related for the chromis or something else? I’ve had them for about a month.

Busy getting my quarantine up and running sorted so that will be done just need help identifying if this is something I can treat with prazipro or the likes.

The damsel is a bit out of focus and not very close, but looks like it could be from bickering with other fish.

Thanks! I’ve taken all the fish to my local reef specialist store to quarantine so they can do treatment and keep an eye on them before they turn into sores or anything more serious. Feel a bit better knowing they’re going to be able to treat and see them constantly over the next few weeks so I can take the appropriate steps
