Need help with kessil dongle/conroller for a500x lights

Hello All

I am have a 90 gallon with 2x A500x kessils.

My issue is that I cannot get the dongle to work with the app. I have also tried using my controller x with them but the controller does not see the lights even though it is connected with the kline cable

Are you talking about the wifi controller?

Try both ports on the light. If your spectral controller still won’t connect I’d open a ticket with Kessil
