Need help with LED settings

Hey Everyone-

I currently have a Radion XR30W Gen 3 Pro on the RMS mount over my deep blue 30g (24x24x12).. I also have the TIR lenses on it

I currently have it set at Coral Lab SPS AB+ running at a 30% intensity. My end goal is to get some sps on the top rocks and have some LPS (torches/hammers/frogspawn) at the bottom. Right now I only have my LPS but they aren't opening as big as they were in the store (under t5s).. Would my intensity setting be too high for them and what should I ramp it down to?

What is your settings? I found that having my whites too high started burning up my corals and turn down the whites to 35% and that made a big difference.

That's with using the Coral Lab SPS AB+.. The White / Green / Red are at 24%
