Need Help with Neptune Apex - Outlet

Happy Thanksgiving!

I am installing a new Adaptive Reef control board and have eliminated a spare power strip. So, I plugged in 1 of my 2 RL90 LED's to outlet 7 on the Energy Bar on my Apex Pro but it's not powering on. The indicator for that outlet is off as well. In the app, I cannot toggle off, auto, or on, on any of the outlets.

I've programed the outlet to "always" but it just won't turn on.

Any help is much appreciated.

Do any of your other outlets work? If the toggle isn't flipping it sounds like either an issue with the module (check your modules page to see if eb832 is showing as missing) or a intermittent connection with Apex Fusion (try activating the outlet on the local dashboard to check)

I have an oldie but a goodie in the Neptune controller line.
For an outlet to stay on the time setting has to be >0.00
