Hey guys, My new 180g has finished cycling, no ammonia tested for 3 weeks now. So time to start chucking fish in.

Now that I'm starting to think about the fish, and all my ideas are gone. So I'm here for suggestions! Also suggestions of where to get fish from, websites or other places i can order from or have my lfs order from.

I do have a few fish I know I want, but please add on any suggestions. I don't want anything too crazy exotic in care requirements, like a mandarin looks awesome but hand feeding pods will be a chore.

My list so far:
Some clown morph pair
Scopas tang
Sailfin tang
Purple tang
powder brown tang
Coral beauty angel
Blue Caribbean Tang

I do want some type of wrasse but I'm not really sure what type that I would like.

Haha, always feel that way when making a stocking list...
Well I love your list right now!
Here are some Wrasses that I like,

Pink Margin Fairy Wrasse
Scott's Fairy Wrasse
Lineatus Fairy Wrasse
Orange-Back Fairy Wrasse
Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse
Golden Rhomboidalis Wrasse
Exquisite Fairy Wrasse
Pinkface Wrasse: Kind of mean tho
Dusky Wrasse
Richmond's Wrasse
Melanurus Wrasse

And sooooo many more...
Of course don't choose these all. What do you like? Angels, Wrasses, Rabbitfish, Butterflyfish, or etc?

Thanks for the list of wrasse to look at! Part of the issue is that I dont know what I like! I started the hobby in January with my 28g. Only fish that are in that are the Misbar clowns and I had a midas blenny until he went MIA.

I liked the blennys way of "mermaid laying" on rocks as my gf puts it, once he got less skittish. I was thinking of a Starry Blenny for a blenny. Those seem to look pretty cool and aren't too costly.

Butterfly's seem to be way too fragile, as death rates on those I've read are really high.

For Angel's, I like the dwarfs coral beauty and fire angel, but I dont want too many that could start eating my corals! If it wasnt for coral I'd love a Koran angel cause those guys look awesome but I think even my 180 is too small for it longterm and again the coral being an issue.

The only other fish I can think of is a purple fire fish.

Part of the issue is I just haven't had a lot of fish, so I'm really unknowing of what's out there!

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
