Need help with sump and protein skimmer setup

I’m lost here are a few pics. 2 submersible pumps. Protein skimmer, older stuff not sure how to get everything going.

It appears that there are a few pieces missing to the skimmer. Was it run with an air stone?
The sump may have had a lid that the flex hose from the hang on back overflow connected to?
The large submersible pump would go in the sump to return water to the tank. The smaller is a circulation pump (powerhead) that goes in the display tank.

Some air stones came with, also 2 submersible pumps. Came inside the sump now I’m not sure if they’re both for the sump or not. I’m gonna put a few more pics today I have some other things sitting in the sump in some water the thing was filthy

I knew that looked familiar. It is an old pro-clear set up. It has a hang on back overflow the drains into the vacuum hose into the sump. The skimmer sits in the sump. The crate is for the bio balls.

How it goes together I have no idea. I would think maybe on utube?
