Long story short, my pH probe in my Calcium Reactor broke -- while the new one is on the way I'd like to mimic how my reactor was running. This was basically an hour on, and then an hour off.

This is all I'm looking for;

- 1 hour on

- 1 hour off

- repeat

I don't do much programming on the Apex, so I'm not sure how to word this properly.

Okay, I set it up and it's currently set on, i'll see if it turns off an hour later at 5:35 ish.

Algae is going away slowly, it seems manually scrubbing was the best bet to get rid of a lot of it. Otherwise I may have to add a short term fish to finish it out.

The Apex does that but more accurately, might as well use the thing for more than a digital log :D

But my replacement pH probe will be here before Monday or Tuesday. So this is just a temporary fix!

This timer would only be a temporary solution.

I like low budget too. But if you have an apex, might as well use it to its full potential

Agreed, and definitely joking about the clapper!

Your programming recommendation is exactly what I would have done.
