My male snowflake clown keeps doing this crazy burst of energy and starts shaking kind of but I’m scared something is irritating it⬇️

He will go and bite at something in the sand and then start going crazy

Lol it's normal. They are trying to figure which one will submit and which one will dominate. Clown fish repeat the process throughout their life span.
Nice looking pair BTW.

Nice looking pair BTW.
Thx and when I put them in there, the sand was level but now they’ve moved it and pushed it into little mounds and I’m sure the flow plays a little part in it

Oh my Clarkii dug a 2-3 inch hole in the back.

I thought I would be smart and got some heavier sand. I sorted 10 pounds of the special grade and sorted for all the large grains.

Filled up the hole and 2 days later she dug a 3-4 inch hole and made it a good 2 inches longer.

I humbly apologized and thank my stars it’s in the back corner of the tank.

Clowns do odd stuff and are fun to enjoy and watch.
