Monday is too slow for me. I don't do any type of customization on timing. What I do is serious tank fixes 48 hours ago.
That being said I'd never leave anyone's reef in peril, ever
I give you my word if you apply that threads rules to the container of sand that sand will be safe. When you apply it to your whole reef it'll be safe, at least the cycle and base microbial system will be.
