How many hours should I keep my day lights on and what about my actinics? Please need good advice!

What kind of lights do you have? You'll likely get a range of different advice, aywhere from 6-12 hours. I run my LEDs 12 hours a day with an hour morning and night blues only.

Think about the Tropics or where are livestock comes from 11-13 hours of light daily with little seasonal fluctuation. A little more or less should be fine so 8-11 hours for main with actinics on an hour or so at either end.

I run my leds 100% for 8 hours and the blues are on 1 hour before and 1 hour after.

I have actinic day light and my blue lights are compacts! Any suggestions Oh and I only have soft corals, LPS things like that not many!
